Teacher

Yoga found Tasha six years ago, in a season when she was feeling stuck and in search of healing, inspiration, and purpose. As a mother, her deepest desire was to show up for her children with love, presence, and strength - yoga became the bridge that allowed her to reconnect to herself and, in turn, give more fully to them. In 2023, she stepped into The Leadership Studio for the first time and unknowingly began a profound healing process. Signing up for yoga teacher training opened the door to her spiritual journey. What began as a search for clarity quickly unfolded into transformation. On the mat, she discovered how to breathe again through challenge, through surrender, through strength. Off the mat, yoga continues to teach her patience, resilience, and the truth that life is not about perfection, but presence. Tasha is a 200-hour RYT with additional training in Yin Yoga (Phase 1). Her practice has been shaped by the wisdom of teachers and influences including Allie and Paige, Baron Baptiste, Faith Hunter, Chelsea Roberts, and Koya Webb. Their work has inspired her to honor her own path and share a practice that uplifts, empowers, and creates space for both strength and surrender.

In her classes, students can expect a balance of power and softness, weaving together mindful movement, breath, and the reminder that surrender is not weakness - it is a superpower. Her greatest hope is that every student leaves their mat feeling empowered, balanced, and at peace within themselves. Outside of the studio, Tasha can be found by the ocean at sunrise or sunset, dancing, laughing, singing, tending to her plants, and soaking up time with her grown children whenever she can.
