Each month, our studio opens its doors for a joyful hour of movement, mindfulness, and giving designed especially for children.
Through playful yoga postures, breathing, and storytelling, kids learn to cultivate peace, focus, and kindness - qualities that nurture their well-being at home and make a meaningful impact far beyond it.
All proceeds from our Kids Yoga & Mindfulness Workshops are donated to Humanure Kenya, a grassroots organization founded by our friend Samson Muhalia. Humanure Kenya brings sanitation, education, and dignity to children and families in rural Kenya by building composting toilets, providing hygiene education, and creating healthier communities.
When your child joins us on the mat, they’re part of something much bigger - learning that caring for oneself and caring for the world are one and the same.
100% of proceeds benefit Humanure Kenya.
Practice peace.
Share love.
Change the world - one child at a time.
We recently had the honor of welcoming our friend Samson Muhalia, founder of Humanure Kenya, to Grace & Glory Yoga. Samson’s life and work are living proof that yoga doesn’t end on the mat - it builds communities, restores dignity, and creates real, lasting change.
For over two decades, Samson has worked at the intersection of service and movement. His journey includes building homes with Habitat for Humanity, co-creating Africa Yoga Project, and now leading Humanure Kenya - a nonprofit bringing composting toilets, sanitation education, and yoga to rural villages and schools throughout Kenya.
Through his work, Samson raises awareness and funding not for himself, but for tangible resources: wood, tools, transport, and materials that make safe sanitation possible for children and families. Every dollar builds something real - a door, a roof, a space where dignity and wellbeing can take root.
At Grace & Glory Yoga, we are deeply inspired by the way his work embodies yoga in action: grounded, compassionate, and in service to humanity.
