At Grace & Glory Yoga, our Director of First Impressions (DOFI) Team sets the tone for everything that happens in the studio. You’re the first smile people see, the calm in the chaos, and the one who turns a simple yoga class into a connected, community-forward experience.

DOFI Team Members welcome students, help them feel at home, keep the space sparkling, and confidently support intro offers and memberships. You embody what we stand for and care deeply about the role our community plays in people’s lives.

Ready to Be the First Impression?

  • We’re looking for people who:

    • Feel aligned with Grace & Glory Yoga’s mission, vision, and culture.

    • Currently practice at GGY 3-5x per week and have been part of our community for at least 2 months.

    • Are natural connectors who love inviting people into practice and community.

    • Are coachable, reliable, and open to feedback.

    • Communicate clearly, stay composed under pressure, and bring positive energy.

    • Are detail-oriented and take pride in keeping a pristine, great-smelling, welcoming studio.

  • As a DOFI Team Member, you will:

    • Welcome & Support
      Greet every student warmly, orient newcomers, and answer questions with care and clarity.

    • Membership & Sales Support
      Confidently present and enroll students into intro offers, memberships, and workshops.

    • Studio Care
      Maintain an exceptionally clean, organized, and inviting space: lobby, practice room, restrooms, props, and retail.

    • Vibe & Culture
      Help create a high-energy, “party-like” atmosphere that still feels grounded, inclusive, and safe for everyone.

    • Team Participation
      Join pre/post-class huddles when scheduled and contribute to a culture of accountability, celebration, and support.

    • Brand Presence
      Wear GGY retail while on shift and represent the brand with integrity both in studio and online.

  • As part of the DOFI Team, you agree to:

    • Work two class shifts per week (or eight per month).

    • Practice yoga at GGY 3-5x per week and participate in community events.

    • Wear GGY retail while on shift.

    • Be present for quarterly team huddles and trainings.
