Sandee Renzelli

Teacher

For Sandee Renzelli, yoga began as a lifeline. After becoming a new mom, she found herself wrestling with anxiety and isolation. Stepping onto the mat offered not only relief but also a powerful daily practice of self-reflection. What made her stay was the sense of community both the one yoga naturally fosters and the one she discovered within Grace & Glory. Sandee completed her 200-hour Power Yoga Teacher Training, deeply influenced by her teachers Allie and Paige, and just as much by her children, who inspire her to show up fully. In her classes, students can expect presence, connection, and permission to let their guard down. With a focus on letting go and “letting what is,” Sandee’s teaching encourages students to embrace their own process and uncover a better sense of self. Her favorite part of Grace & Glory is the community - staff and students alike - and the way it extends beyond the studio walls.

Outside of teaching, Sandee’s greatest joy is her family: her two children and husband. She also finds joy in reading, her meditation practice, beach days, and coming up with silly songs on the spot (her kids are the main audience, but the performances are top-notch). Her favorite reminder: “The only way to be happy is to love. Unless you love, your life will flash by.” Outside the studio, Richelle is fueled by her family and finds joy in watching her children do what they love. She also enjoys being outdoors, traveling, going to the beach, and finding great places to eat. Her anchor is the wisdom of Ram Dass: “We are all just walking each other home.”
