Patrick Eshitera began his yoga journey in Nairobi, Kenya in 2009 after the devastating loss of his mother. Seeking healing, he found in yoga a practice that supported him physically, mentally, and emotionally. The sense of empowerment and resilience he gained from the mat has carried him forward ever since. Patrick trained extensively with Baron Baptiste and the Africa Yoga Project, completing Baptiste Level 1, 2, and 3 trainings as well as Next Generation Kids Yoga. He has taught yoga to thousands of students and trained hundreds of teachers across Nairobi and around the world. His work has been featured in several documentaries on the power of yoga to transform lives in underserved communities.
Now based in the United States, Patrick is a faculty member of the Grace & Glory School of Yoga, where he continues to teach, mentor, and inspire. His classes are empowering and energetic, rooted in the belief that yoga is a tool for transformation that belongs to everyone. Outside of teaching, Patrick is committed to service and community building. His presence brings joy and inspiration, reminding all who meet him that healing and empowerment are possible no matter where you begin.
