Michell Joga first encountered yoga as a young person in school. A visiting teacher shared its benefits, planting a seed that would grow throughout her life. Years later, facing health challenges and stress, she found her way back to the practice with a deeper commitment. Today, Michele brings a unique blend of expertise to the mat: she is a licensed physical therapist, massage therapist, and a graduate of two 200-hour Power Yoga teacher trainings and a Yin Yoga course. Her teaching is rooted in functional anatomy and safe movement, empowering students to listen deeply to their bodies while still embracing challenge. Michell’s classes - and her presence on the Grace & Glory team - offer a balance of knowledge, encouragement, and community.

Off the mat, you’ll find her lifting heavy weights, hitting the CrossFit floor, or diving into beach volleyball, always carrying her mantra: “What are you gonna do? You do it tired, you do it scared, and it gets done.”
