Lynn’s love language is community. Whether it’s family, students, or organizing for justice - connection is always the thread.

Lynn Hoffman cannot remember a time when she wasn’t drawn to yoga, though raising four kids meant it stayed “optional” for far too long. Today, yoga has become an anchor in her life - offering not just asana but deep connection, community, and joy.

She completed her 200-hour training at Grace & Glory Yoga in 2023 and has been teaching at The Leadership Studio in Atlantic City since 2021.

Grateful for the mentorship of Allie, Paige, and Ray, Lynn continues to evolve as both student and teacher, learning something new each time she steps on the mat. Her classes are accessible and heart-centered, rooted in the belief that yoga truly is for every body. Beyond the studio, Lynn finds joy in her family, travel, live music, progressive community work (including with the Pleasantville NAACP), and her lifelong love of reading.

She embodies the spirit of Dr. King’s call to create “a beloved community,” and she carries that spirit into every class she teaches.

Lynn’s yoga doesn’t end at savasana. It shows up in how she raises her kids, in how she shows up for justice, in how she fights for beloved community.

For Lynn, yoga is activism in action.
