Lounique’s classes are a breath of calm and clarity. She creates a space that feels warm, grounding, and full of ease - a place to meet yourself exactly as you are and realign with who you’re becoming.

Lounique Spellman was first drawn to yoga after a conversation with a coworker about The Leadership Studio. At the time, she was moving through a personal spiritual awakening and felt a deep inner calling that yoga was where she needed to be. She stayed because each time she stepped onto her mat, she felt herself aligning more closely with her higher self and awakening to the divine presence within her. Lounique is a graduate of Grace & Glory Yoga’s 200-hour Teacher Training, and she credits every teacher and every person she’s practiced beside as having shaped her journey in some way. Students can expect a space that feels open, grounding, and full of ease. Her teaching is infused with warmth, support, and an invitation to presence - both on and off the mat. Her favorite part about being a member of the Grace & Glory Yoga community is feeling seen, heard, and deeply supported. Her hope is that students leave her classes feeling more connected to themselves. Outside the studio, she finds joy in being in nature - and, fun fact, she doesn’t like her food touching! Her favorite part of teaching is connection - holding space where students feel safe and welcomed. She hopes her classes invite students to trust their bodies, listen inwardly, and embrace self-love. Off the mat, she enjoys spending time in nature, being with her children, and playing with her rescue pit puppies. Her guiding reminder, borrowed from Ram Dass: “We are all just walking each other home.”
