Jaclyn blends the mind of an educator with the heart of a yogi. Her high-energy, breath-driven classes will leave you feeling strong, present, and uplifted.
Jaclyn first rolled out her mat for a workout with friends but quickly realized yoga was more than physical strength and flexibility. It offered something she hadn’t known she was missing: awareness, intentional breath, presence, and balance. Over the years, yoga has grown from a workout into a lifestyle she is deeply proud of and grateful for.
Her yoga journey began with Baptiste Institute’s Level One training in Phuket, Thailand, followed by Grace & Glory’s 200-hour teacher training, our FIIT Training and Lyons Den’s Art of Assisting. She also participated in Grace & Glory’s Apprentice Program. Jaclyn has taught yoga at every level and for all ages - from baby and kids’ yoga to prenatal, seniors, and leadership development programs. She has led workshops like her signature FLOW series (on physical movement and hormones), the super fun Black Light Beats, 40 Days to a Personal Revolution, and Live Your Practice.
A lifelong educator with a Doctor of Education, Master of Education, and Bachelor of Science in Physics, Jaclyn brings the heart of a teacher to her yoga classes. When she’s not teaching or practicing yoga, Jaclyn is a professor at Stockton University, serves on the board of the Linwood Public Library and the Linwood Education Foundation, and is actively involved in her community. She cherishes time with her husband and three kids - never missing a moment to cheer them on from the sidelines. Students can expect to leave her classes feeling uplifted, challenged, and more connected to themselves, ready to carry the inspiration off the mat and into their daily lives.
She meets students where they are, treats each individual with care, and infuses her classes with high energy, intentional breath, and strength-focused fun.
