Halim Khan will brighten up your day and your practice with his grounding presence and contagious life.

Halim Khan first stepped onto the path of yoga in 2009 after meeting a retired Indian Army yoga instructor whose vitality and strength inspired him to learn. With just two weeks of training, Halim discovered the power of yoga and has been committed to the practice ever since. In December 2022, he completed his 200-hour certification in Power Yoga at Grace & Glory Yoga, continuing his journey as both a dedicated practitioner and teacher.

Students in Halim’s classes can expect a steady focus on breath, alignment, and presence. He encourages proper breathing and movement in every posture, helping students maintain their health while also experiencing the deeper benefits of yoga. Known for closing class with a big, joyful laugh, Halim reminds students that yoga is not only about discipline but also about lightness, community, and joy. Halim loves teaching outdoors and has been offering classes at O’Donnell Park in Atlantic City since 2023, where the natural environment amplifies the connection between breath,

body, and spirit. He lives by the belief that yoga makes a person healthy, holisticlally wealthy, and wise - strengthening not only the body, but also the mind and soul.

You’ll find Halim teaching yoga all over Atlantic City - at the Bangladeshi Community Center, under the trees at O’Donnell Park, or right here within the walls of our studio.

Known to many as “Farmer Halim,” he doesn’t just teach yoga, he lives it.
