Denyne brings strength, clarity, and community to the mat, inspiring students to trade perfection for presence and discover their own resilience.

Denyne Bennett first stepped onto her mat chasing strength and resilience. What she found - and what made her never look back - was clarity of mind, emotional balance, and a truer connection to her authentic self. Yoga became her steady anchor in the everyday chaos, a place to breathe through difficulty and remember her own power. She has trained extensively in Baptiste Yoga, completing Level I and II with Baron Baptiste and studying closely with Allie and the Grace & Glory community. Her classes are less about outward perfection and more about building inner grit, staying present, and realizing just how strong and capable you already are. Expect to feel supported, empowered, and

reminded that yoga is a personal, non-competitive journey—one that’s always better when walked together. Beyond the studio, Denyne thrives in the fast-paced world of corporate America, guided by her personal motto: “Great things never come from a comfort zone.” She embraces the freedom of being “perfectly imperfect” and treasures time with her family, especially her beloved maltipoo, Oliver. You’ll often find her with her feet buried in the sand, capturing little moments that make up a big, beautiful life.

Her favorite reminder: “Nothing changes if nothing changes.”
