The Artist Behind the Systems – Blending creativity and project management, Cocco brings an artist’s eye to structure and flow.

Not many people call her Caitlin - she’s Cocco to everyone who knows her. After graduate school, she moved to Philadelphia in search of space for herself, away from teaching and work, and yoga became both her grounding and her gateway into building a new community. What started as time on the mat turned into family - an ever-growing circle of people she now calls her own. Today, Cocco is the behind-the-scenes force of nature who keeps our ecosystem running. She serves as Production Manager for Grace & Glory School of Yoga, Lead Project Manager for ALGN Consulting, and Chief of Staff at Evergreen Holding Co. With a background in Iyengar and Hatha traditions, she brings an artist’s eye for detail and a strategist’s knack for execution into every training, event, and project. When she’s not orchestrating the moving parts of multiple companies, you’ll find her in the classroom as a professor of art at Rowan University, or in a gallery as a decorated installation artist. She’s a cat mom to two, a devoted fashion deal-hunter, and a steady reminder to all of us that it’s okay not to have all the answers.. we’ll fugure it out together.

Cocco is the engine behind our productions and the steady hand that keeps our team grounded. An artist, professor, strategist, and cat mom, she brings creativity and clarity to everything she touches.

Whether she’s in a classroom, a studio, or a board room - Creativity and strategy are the throughline that shapes everything she does.

Cocco knows that leadership doesn’t require having all the answers; it requires presence, collaboration, and the willingness to learn alongside others.

  • This community is warm and welcoming - and yes, it’s about you and your own individual practice - but there is something different about knowing you are practicing among people who genuinely care and are so glad that you are here

  • We’re so glad you’re here!
