Anne is passionate about creating spaces for growth and healing both on the mat and in her life.

Anne Adamson first turned to yoga as a way to keep moving and stay physically strong. What she didn’t expect was how much it would support her mental and emotional well-being. Yoga became a space where she could connect body and mind in equal measure—and a practice that continues to evolve with her. Anne has been teaching for nearly a decade and trained extensively in Baptiste Yoga, including multiple intensive programs. She is also an experienced licensed therapist specializing in trauma-informed care, though her therapy practice is distinct from her role as a yoga teacher. Her classes are breath-led and music-driven, designed to meet students exactly where they are.

Anne is known for her ability to connect individually, creating trust and fun even as she holds space for tears, release, and transformation. As a long-time member of both Grace & Glory Yoga and The Leadership Studio, Anne cherishes the sense of community that grows in and beyond the studio. For her, yoga is a reminder that practice is about showing up authentically, again and again. Outside of the yoga studio, Anne is a licensed therapist specializing in trauma-informed care, offering a distinct space for clinical work and healing. Beyond both the yoga studio and the therapy room, she’s an adventurer - skydiving, scuba diving, paddleboarding, and traveling whenever possible. For Anne, yoga remains a practice of presence: a non-judgmental space where the tools learned on the mat can support us everywhere else in life. Her anchor reminder: “Your yoga mat should be a non- udgmental place. The tools you learn here are meant to be carried into the world.”

Anne is committed using the tools she teaches others to fuel whatever it is you’re up to creating in your life, on and off the mat - for her it’s adventure.
