Allie is equal parts preacher/teacher, a compassionate disruptor, champion for your spirit, and a bold truth-teller that’s in your corner.
Allie Nunzi is a teacher, entrepreneur, and strategist devoted to creating spaces where people remember who they truly are. She is the Co-Owner of Evergreen Holding Co., the umbrella company to her founded brands: Grace å Glory Yoga, The Leadership Studio, Josephine Lu, This Human Experience Podcast, and Nunzi Media. Across these ventures runs a common thread: a belief that the way we show up for ourselves and each other can change everything about the way we lead, live, and serve. As the Lead Facilitator and Instructional Designer of the Grace & Glory Yoga School of Yoga, Allie has trained hundreds of teachers and thousands of students. She also brings her voice to The Practice Tapes, her weekly online yoga & meditation platform, where students hear her signature teaching lines like: ‘Your mat is the safest place to practice being brave.’ ‘Alignment beats hustle -comprehensively informs her asana teaching. This wide range of experience gives her a rare ability to weave depth, precision, and humor into every class and training.
Though she primarily works in the digital space, Alice also leads programs internationally—including at Iceland Power Yoga in Reykjavik, a long-time friend-studio to GGY. When she’s back in New Jersey, her presence is magnetic: fellow NJ-natives love her no-nonsense directness, sharp wit, and occasionally sarcastic sense of humor. Her classes are not-to-be-missed, offering students a balance of intelligence, accessibility, and embodied wisdom. For Alice, yoga is as much about leadership and personal development as it is about movement.
Her work continues to inspire teachers and students alike to approach practice as both an inner inquiry and a tool for transformation.

She wants students to know...
Everyone belongs in this room - every body is a “yoga body”
You body and your life, exactly as they are/exactly as you are is the perfect set of circumstances to do your practice and live your yoga
If you can breathe & pay attention on purpose, you can “do” yoga
You know the practice is working not when it changes your body, rather when it changes the quality of your relationships
It’s not the heat, it’s the humility
