​In 2015, we launched The Leadership Studio in Atlantic City, bringing yoga and mindful practices to communities that didn’t always have access. That work lit a fire - sparking business owners, educators, entrepreneurs, and everyday leaders to step up in their own lives and communities.

That ripple effect eventually grew into ALGN, Allie’s consulting agency, where the same principles that power our yoga practice - presence, accountability, emotional intelligence, and service - are now transforming organizations, schools, and nonprofits nationwide.

What began as a single yoga studio in 2012 has evolved into a movement: part practice, part leadership incubator, part community revolution. Grace & Glory Yoga is still the heart of it all - place where people of every age, ability, and background come to move, breathe, and belong.
